It's very doubtful. The semen would have to be fresh, and it would have to touch a moist part of the female genitalia – and even then it would be difficult for the sperm to find their way to an egg.
I'm 28 and have been masturbating for 11 years, and until 5 years ago it was my only sexual outlet.
