A few years ago I could have orgasm after orgasm, but now I can usually have only one big one. Then I have to wait about 20 minutes before I can go again.

The time between orgasms is an individual response. An erection is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system, while ejaculation is controlled by the parasympathetic system. Thus, if you can "excite" the sympathetic system – in theory the latent period before a second (or 3rd or 4th) can be as short as 1 second. In reality, typically 5 to 10 minutes (for men – women have us all beat here!), depending upon the individual and what that person is using to "excite" themselves (the sympathetic system).
