This might not work very well if you have a smaller penis. Lube up both of your palms. Now interlace your fingers, as if you were praying, but move your thumbs to a more horizontal position so you're making a hole between the thumb of one hand and the index finger of the other. Now insert your penis through this hole from inside your clasped hands and pump away. If your penis is large, you can squeeze your hands together and press on the sides of your penis. If you're doing this you can also cover the hole with your thumbs – with enough lube and the right hand action you can create a great suction effect.
