I have found that urinating after cleanup prevents excess semen from oozing out during the night. It seems to clear out the passageways within the penis. Is this true?
Absolutely. If you aren't going to urinate, though, it helps to "milk" the penis gently once your erection has gone down, as this squeezes out most of the semen from the part of the urethra that passes through your penis.
