Nothing comes up, and this causes much frustration for me. I usually try short spells of 10 to 15 minutes. Can you suggest a required diet for ejaculation, or introduce a new method?
No – it sounds like your problem is a little more involved than your diet or technique. Though you're still young and developing, it isn't normal for a sexually mature male to be able to get highly aroused but then be unable to ejaculate. One possibility is that your orgasms are just naturally very weak (to the point where you barely notice them) and you have a condition of retrograde ejaculation, in which semen is ejaculated into the bladder rather than the urethra. Consult a doctor, preferably a urologist, if you're still unable to ejaculate in another year or so, or by the time your other sexual development nears completion.
Do you find yourself masturbating more often during some seasons than others? Why?
