Not necessarily. You're probably seeing prostatic fluid, a major component of semen. The prostate lies against the rectum wall, and when a stool passes, it can press against the prostate and cause it to expel fluid into the urethra. If you're in you're 30s or older, though – particularly if you have any problems urinating – you should have your prostate checked for possible enlargement. An enlarged prostate might be more susceptible to this leakage, and an enlarged prostate is at risk of becoming cancerous or developing other problems.
Do you find yourself masturbating more often during some seasons than others? Why?
