A person I know found out I like to masturbate. Now it's kind of spreading around school, and I am being teased and criticized.

My advice would be just to completely reject all of their denial. If someone says, "I've never masturbated in my life," ask them how old they were when they first did it. If they say only losers who can't get girls masturbate, ask them what their favorite method is. Congratulate them that they've learned to enjoy masturbation, and tell them how you like to do it.
