This technique is excellent. I found it more stimulating if I performed it after a fair amount of warming up masturbation and the penis teasing Stop and Go technique, involving lube. Then when I became very excited I used the Cards In The Bicylce Spokes technique - it felt really intense because my penis head was so stimulated by this point.
