Of course it's going to make a difference - more so for masturbation than intercourse - simply because it would feel different to grip/hold a penis that is smaller vs. larger in proportion to the hand and/or fist. But that's all. And, in the final analysis, does it really matter other than for "bragging rights?" Ultimately, every guy adapts (or should adapt) and adjusts to the penis he's born with - which in his experience should be the only "right" size for him. Of course penis size matters, if a penis is so big you can't even have sex with it that is a problem. Also if a penis is so small it's 1cm when erect that's also a problem. Well, although I believe that size doesn't ultimately matter - indeed you can have great sex with a 4" or 8" penis, or so I believe - it's true that it is more enjoyable to have a sizeable piece of meat hanging between your legs. It would seem in my mind that size doesn't matter if it's within a range--outside of that you're either too big or too small. That's what my friends seem to agree on... before adding a one-liner about them being like Johnnie Holmes. If anything is a debate at school it's whether you're circumcised or an "ant-eater" (and it seems to be about 50/50). With masturbation, it depends upon how you want to do it. What I mean is, you can't easily grasp smaller penises with 2 hands, which could be found limiting, and if you cannot get your whole hand around, it could be found annoying, so it is based on general preference, although it's rare to find you don't like the size for any other reason than jealousy (which quite natural). Concerning intercourse (I cannot speak from experience though), I wouldn't imagine it could much difference, except when using oral cavities, in which case it could be a pain for one half, if not both.
